Thanksgiving came and went

And I thought it went well. There were no arguments, not even between me and my sister (who lives with me). But today there was. And I have made my decision and given her notice to leave in thirty days. I won't go into all the reasons here.

So it begins. Another sister has already started to lay into me, even though she told me the night before Thanksgiving that no one would blame me for telling her it was time to go, so long as I gave her 30 days notice. How quickly they turn....

I have a big family. This has the potential to get very ugly. I try to block most of it out. I made my decision. I think I made the right decision. What's done is done.

Needless to say, no writing has been done. On the bright side, I did get the house mostly finished in time for Thanksgiving. My sister even helped. And I got it cleaned up rather quickly. And tonight I put up my Christmas tree. Now I just have to hope the kittens don't tear it up when I'm not around to watch them.
