So much for my mother

Yep, still not back to writing. I've only got a few days, too, to read any other eligible DS9 fics.

As for my mom, well, she didn't read the book and ran back to her dysfunction, through an e-mail, no less. Well, I did my part. I forgave and offered her reconciliation. She turned it down.

Ah yes, and Roommate 1 is wonderful! she's interesting and nice and we actually have family chaos in common. I enjoy sitting and talking with her of an evening. And my cats like her, too.

I did get that other gallon of paint and Friend 1 and I painted the rest of the exposed walls in the basement. I put my card table down in the unfinished side and hung curtains at the edge of the finished sections. With the rug, bed, bedside table, and lamp, it's actually a nice little place down there and not too cold at all. I still want to do something with the electrical situation but hopefully that will be done soon.
